We want you to love your new bike.
We want you to love your new roll: bike. Ride it for up to 50 days, and if you don’t absolutely love it, we’ll take it back, or exchange it for you, no questions asked. We’ll even cover the return shipping.
50 Days to Ride Details
All bike returns must be in like new condition, and pre-authorized for tracking purposes. Just email us at email@example.com with your original order confirmation number, and we’ll be in touch to verify all the details.
Simply re-pack your bike in the roll: Flatpack Box it arrived in. Take your box and shipping labels we email you to the shippers nearest drop off location, and you’re done! We will be back in touch to process your return within 48hrs of the bike arriving back at our facility.

Clothing and Gear Returns.
If you are returning the entire purchase that came with a bike, please include any clothing or gear in the roll: Flatpack box as it arrived. All other returns must be in like new condition, and pre-authorized for tracking purposes. Please also retain all the original individual packaging materials and tags. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order confirmation number, and we’ll be in touch to verify all the return details.
Unfortunately our 50 Day Trial is only available in the United States at this time. We are sorry, but we cannot accept bike returns from regions outside the United States due to current shipping and Customs constraints. However, roll: will always work with customers in any region to ensure that the bicycle they receive is free of defects and shipping damage.
